Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The item, proof of purchase and return form, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.


The following items cannot be exchanged:

Please Note
     ●     A 2% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
     ●     Return cannot be due to lack of inspection or poor/negligent inspection at the point of acceptance of the physical product by the buyer.
     ●     Returns may be accepted only in justifiable circumstances where the buyer / product recipient could not reasonably recognise a defect in the product.
     ●     Items sold on clearance sale cannot accepted back.
     ●     Items subjected to damage of any kind by the buyer / recipient or User cannot be accepted back.
     ●     All motorised or digitally enabled equipment, machinery, electronics and electicals can only be accepted back based on the terms and conditions of their sale.
     ●      All returns are subject to terms of sale and any warranty conditions of the manufacturers/suppliers.
